🏋🏼‍♀️Group fitness starts back tomorrow, we have a 4 day per week option, and a 2 day per week option that is perfect and not overwhelming for those just getting started!

🚙 I offer mobile in home personal training also. I bring the workout to you.

📱 I have in app training. I can build you a program to do in home or in the gym on your own.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE Fitness, with specialized certifications in Youth Fitness and Sports Performance. I lead regular group fitness classes right here in Hot Springs Village (starting year 5 in January😱), and offer personal training sessions at my studio or in-home.
