We are a neighborhood yoga studio in Horseheads, NY offering weekly Hot and non heated asana (posture) classes, YA certified teacher trainings, workshops, retreats, and more. We connect and elevate our community through the practice of yoga on and off the mat, and we look forward to meeting you!

In this class we will break down the different ways we can heal the body through myofascial release (MFR) techniques

Myofascial release is a hands on therapy using gentle sustained pressure to the fascia (connective tissue)
We will use specific yoga postures, dynamic movement, blocks, straps, and yoga therapy balls to help aid these MFR techniques

We will start with the feet and work all the way up to the head, targeting areas where we hold tension and places where we can free up space for our nerves to move more easily in the body

Benefits include :
* Reduces pain, increases mobility, improves posture, and helps with conditions like chronic back pain, headaches, and fibromyalgia

When : Sat June 6th

Hello Yogis!
If you have not logged into momence to activate your account you can take these steps to do so :

- Download the momence app
- Log in w/ your mindbody e mail (it will not work if you do not)
- Choose the forgot password option
- Head back to your email and follow the steps to create a new password
- Log into the app w/ your info

After you are successfully logged into your momence account you can edit/update all of your profile info and check your memberships/passes/gift cards right in the app
If something doesn’t seem right, email Lauren at [email protected]

We will only have access to your mindbody accounts to verify the correct information was transferred until Fri 5/8/2026
Please make sure you log into momence before then
After that I will not have any access to your old accounts and no way of knowing if your transfer was done correctly

Saturday Morning Ritual + Spiritual Recharge : Breath, Movement & Deep Meditation

This ritual class combines energizing kundalini-based breathwork and movement sequences (kriyas) designed to awaken the body, clear stagnant energy, and strengthen your nervous system. Through intentional breath and rhythmic movement, you’ll activate vitality, improve focus, and reconnect with your inner power.

The second half of the class guided by .lee.777 you into the Max Meditation™ System—a deeply restorative meditation technique that blends ancient yogic and modern mindfulness practices. This experience allows the body to relax profoundly while the mind becomes clear, calm, and centered.

The Spring Equinox on Friday March 20th represents our transition back to the light.
We will gradually start to move towards longer days and shorter nights shifting us into another season

Spring is a time for birth, renewal and growth so please join us in guiding you through a mind, body, breath reset to help you through this change

Lauren will guide you through a 60 minute healing slow flow focusing on joint mobility and the connection between our breath and bodies

Sam will spend the last 30 minutes in our final relaxation applying acupuncture needles that will help move the flow of Qi/Chi (energy) in the body preparing us for these longer days

*Acupuncture stimulates the bodies natural healing abilities promoting physical and emotional well being.

*This is an all levels class

Pre-registration is strongly suggested and can be done on our website or through the Mindbody fitness app. Signing up for classes ahead of time helps the teachers prepare for class and ensures you get a spot as they are limited. It also ensures you are notified if class is canceled for any reason

Classes can be canceled on the website or the mindbody app up to two hours before without losing your class pass or drop in. No shows and late cancels less than 2 hours before class will be charged an automatic no show/late cancel fee of $15

Igniting the Path of 2026 -Year of the Fire Horse

The Lunar New Year of 2026 ushers in the bold, untamed energy of the Fire Horse, a symbol of passion, momentum, and fearless forward movement. Fire brings vitality, illumination, and truth; the Horse represents freedom, courage, and personal power. Together, they invite us to step fully into our authentic selves and move decisively toward what sets our spirit alight.

This class will be themed around activation and empowerment. Releasing hesitation, reigniting inner fire, and aligning with purpose. We will explore what fuels us, what drains us, and where we are being called to take inspired action.

Our practice will build warmth and energy through fluid, expressive movement, encouraging confidence and flow. We will then ground and integrate this fiery energy with intentional pauses and supported postures, allowing space for clarity, balance, and embodied intention as we ride forward into the year ahead. 🔥🐎

This all-levels class blends the gentle practices of Yin and Restorative Yoga with the deeply restorative experience of Yoga Nidra, allowing you to release tension and cultivate inner peace.

In the first part of the session, we will explore Yin Yoga, focusing on long-held poses that target the connective tissues and promote flexibility. This slow-paced practice encourages deep relaxation and introspection, helping you to let go of stress and anxiety.

Just a reminder that we will be honoring our late cancellation policy as we move into our busiest time of year
If you late cancel (less than 2 hours before class time) you will be charged a $15
late cancel fee for waitlisted classes
Also a reminder to please pre register for classes to ensure your spot. We have limited space and will not be able to accomodate walk ins if the class is full. Pre registering also helps teachers plan for class and lets us know who needs to be contacted if/when we ever have to cancel a class, especially during the winter weather months
