In this class we will break down the different ways we can heal the body through myofascial release (MFR) techniques
Myofascial release is a hands on therapy using gentle sustained pressure to the fascia (connective tissue)
We will use specific yoga postures, dynamic movement, blocks, straps, and yoga therapy balls to help aid these MFR techniques
We will start with the feet and work all the way up to the head, targeting areas where we hold tension and places where we can free up space for our nerves to move more easily in the body
Benefits include :
