🔥 THE TIME IS HERE. 🔥

The riders have put in the time. The hard work. The dedication. The early mornings, long drives, countless laps, tough practices, victories, setbacks, and everything in between.

This weekend, they put it all to the test.

🏆 Northeast Regional Gold Cup Championship
📍 Westmoreland BMX
🚲 Here we come!

As parents, we’ve watched the unwavering commitment. We’ve seen the sacrifices, the determination, the nerves, the frustration, and the moments when they chose to get back on that bike and keep pushing.

Now, there’s nothing left for us to do but stand on the sidelines, cheer until our voices are gone, and believe in the riders who have worked so hard to get here.

They’ve done the work.
They’ve earned this moment.
Now it’s time to put it to the test.

Whatever happens this weekend, Total Control Racing will be there—together, behind every rider, every lap, every gate drop. 💙🖤

Race smart. Be aggressive. Have control.

🏆 LET’S GO, TEAM TOTAL CONTROL! 🏆

🚲💙🖤

IT ISN’T ALWAYS ABOUT THE WIN. 🏁

Sometimes, the biggest victory is simply getting into the gate.

Because we know what happens before that gate drops.

The butterflies.

The racing heart.

The nervous stomach.

The anxious thoughts running through your head.

“Am I ready?” “What if I mess up?” “Can I do this?”

And yet, you still roll to the gate.

You still clip in.

You still take a breath.

You still look down that first straight and give it everything you’ve got.

That takes courage.

These riders have put in the work—early mornings, endless laps, tough practices, crashes, setbacks, and countless hours building their skills. That dedication doesn’t disappear because they’re nervous.

The nerves mean you care.

The anxiety means this moment matters.

So breathe. Trust the work. Trust yourself.

Try your best. Take control.

Because sometimes the biggest win isn’t what happens at the finish line.

It’s having the courage to face the gate in the first place.

🚀 RIDER SPOTLIGHT: HUNTER HARMON 🚀

Two bikes. One goal. 🏁🔥

From Class to Cruiser, Hunter brings the same determination every time he rolls up to the gate. He takes on the track in both Class AND Cruiser! Hunter has been putting in the work since September 2023, quickly making his mark in BMX racing and earning Expert proficiency in 2025.

The racing is fast, the competition is tough, and the nerves are real—but Hunter keeps pushing forward, learning, racing, and chasing that next goal.

Hunter’s love for BMX goes beyond the racing. It’s about the people he meets, the tracks he rides, the challenges he takes on, and constantly pushing himself to be better.

Now the goal is clear… chase that
Gold Cup Plate! 🥇🔥

Keep pedaling, keep pushing, and most importantly—keep having fun!

We're got a busy week here at TCR! We've got some birthdays to celebrate and the team prepares to travel to the Northeast Regional Gold Cup Championship. But first, lets dive into meeting another one of our riders!

We’re back with another amazing Total Control Racing Girls Club spotlight, and this time we’re introducing a rider who proves that you can bring the biggest smile to the track AND bring the heat when the gate drops! 😁🔥

🚨 LET’S MEET LILY!

Lily absolutely loves the BMX community and, most of all, getting to line up and ride alongside her friends. 💙 That feeling of being surrounded by people who love the sport just as much as she does is what keeps her coming back for more!

Her favorite track, South Park BMX, gets two thumbs up from Lily! 👍👍 She loves how well-maintained the track is and the incredible community that comes together there.

But there’s more to this smiling face than meets the eye…
LILY IS IN CONTENTION FOR A GOLD CUP PLATE! 🏆
And she already knows exactly what she wants:
🎯 THE GOAL: BRING HOME THAT GOLD CUP PLATE!
So keep that smile, keep those pedals turning, and keep charging, Lily! 🚀

Every early morning. Every practice lap. Every long drive. Every gate drop. The money spent, the broken parts, the crashes, the wins, the losses, and all those moments wondering if it was worth it…

You’re nervous because you know how hard they’ve worked for this.

You’re excited because you know what they’re capable of.

And you’re proud because, win or lose, you get to watch your kids chase something they love with everything they’ve got.

This is what Team Total Control is about.

The work.
The commitment.
The friendships.
The family.
The countless miles chasing the next race.

So here we go…

Another race weekend.
Another big stage.
Another chapter in the journey.

Team Total Control — it’s time to race! 💪🏼🔥

Race smart.
Be aggressive.
Have control.
Leave it all on the track. 🏁

Good luck to all of our riders competing this weekend. We are so proud of every one of you!

🎉💜 August Birthday Rider Spotlight: Annabel! 💜🎉

Welcome to more of our “Girls Club” Birthday Spotlights!

We’re continuing to celebrate our August Birthdays and have another amazing girl to introduce to you all—Annabel! 💕🚲

This kid has such a BIG heart, and when she gets on the bike, she rides with so much passion and determination!

Annabel doesn’t spend all of her time at the BMX track, but that hasn’t stopped her from making an impact. When she does line up at the gate, she’s proven that she has what it takes, climbing the rankings early on and earning her spot as a 13 Intermediate rider!

And while BMX is one of the things she loves, Annabel is also a huge fan of downhill mountain biking. She loves getting out on the technical trails, taking on the jumps, drops, and challenging terrain. That adventurous spirit definitely carries over to her BMX riding!

If there’s one thing Annabel would tell another rider, it’s simple: HAVE FUN!

And honestly, that’s what it’s all about. Whether she’s racing BMX, flying down a mountain, tackling a technical trail, or simply enjoying time on two wheels, Annabel knows how to make the most of the ride.

Keep chasing the fun, taking on new challenges, and enjoying every mile of the journey! 💜

They say BMX is an individual sport.

And technically…they’re right.

One rider.
One bike.
One gate.
One chance to make it happen.

But they don’t see this.

They don’t see three riders, in the middle of a race weekend, completely forgetting about the races for a minute…

Just laying on a mat outside the camper.
Playing.
Laughing.
Being kids.

They don’t see how strangers at the beginning of the season slowly become the kids your child looks for when you pull into the track.

How they race each other on Saturday…

…and then spend Sunday morning piled together like they’ve been best friends forever.

They don’t see the older kids helping the younger ones.

The parents sharing snacks, tools, advice and probably way too much information about whose bike is making that noise.

They don’t see the friendships that happen between motos.

The memories made in the pits.

The childhood happening while everyone is busy watching the results.

Because yes…

when that gate drops, they’re racing against each other.

But when the helmets come off?

They’re just kids.

Kids growing up together.
Kids cheering for each other.
Kids learning how to win without being a sore loser, lose without giving up, and celebrate someone else even when they wanted that spot.

And maybe that’s what we love most about BMX

The race might be individual.

But the life around it never is.

These are the moments they’ll remember long after they forget who finished where.

Good Luck, Team! 🚲🔥

Good luck to the team as many of our riders are traveling again today! We have one group of riders representing us at the Cape Cod BMX Gold Cup Qualifier, another group competing in the last Pennsylvania State Qualifier at Trilogy Park BMX, and riders back home representing us at our home track, Cedar BMX!

The team has been putting in so much hard work, dedication, and effort, and it’s starting to show! 💪🏼🔥

As we narrow down the weeks to the finals, every gate drop, every lap, and every race matters. We’re so proud of all of our riders and everything they continue to put into this team.

Good luck to all of our riders this weekend! Leave it all on the track! 🏁💪🏼
