As we all know Cole Young and family are going through a rough time, as it seems to be the season for some of us. Try and understanding that storms of so many around you literally have zero calming of the waves. Here at Vicious I have put my entire life savings into a place, and have had zero help from the landlord on the energy efficiency and or the major repairs that had to be made to make the space you see today. All just to have a safe space for the people in our community, we truly aren't a money driven business this was to better Hornell. I wanted to build a place were people can go and just be themselves and for our youth to have a place they can go to be accepted. Well the short is, I received a notice of rent increase from the landlord, to double my rent, and another 850.00 on top for electric. Well I'd love to say that we do that well, but the true fact is that we don't. I started this business for 4 years not charging my student just doing it to get kids off the streets. To have a place were people care and a place for the door to be open..well I succeeded in that all the while getting screwed left and right from everyone you could imagine, it was all bottomless promises from every walk of life that has walked in to our lives. At about a 60% rate AT MY BUSSINESS. Meanwhile dealing with this mom and the cancer which was a 24/7 job which was a true honor btw. To paying rent for our apartment that we don't stay at, to closing on a house that the current owner has done everything in his power to drag his feet so we couldn't get in to the house in somewhat a timely manner. So we basically have to watch mom's stuff, wait for the house to hopefully get closing with no early occupancy, to another month at our own apartment that we hardly are at. To another very personal situation that is happening in my direct family. Thank God I have a note book, because I am definitely writing all this down. 2023 is almost over and my point is some run from a fight, but I welcome it. 2024 here I come, and all of you who are watching, that are stirring the pot, I hope you are watching well. Letssss Goooo!!! VICIOUS LEADER. COACH. God bless all the families in OUR community that are truly going through massive storms right now.
