Legal Update: 9/30 The second district court(which covers NY) ruled that a part of. NY sensitive location was unconstitutional! Specifically the ruling involved unrestricted locations at airports. However, this is a huge win. It’s chipping away at Lord Hochuls laws!!!

You may have heard of another recent ruling out of the 5th district court. The ruling was the ability to purchase a fi***rm from an individual not through a FFL. Remember the 5 th district does not cover NY and this decision is not the lay of the land yet! It would have to go to Supreme Court However, the 2nd district court would tend to rule with or at least reference the other court.

One of the largest gun rights cases is before the Supreme Court!! You should oay attention to Wolford vs. Lopez!! This is a second amendment case thet would allow States to ban gun carry rights on private property tgat is open to the public! This will impact NYS laws!!
