Clint High School Boys & Girls Varsity Golf teams competed at the 2-4A District Tournament at Ascarate GC, and what a day it was! Our CHS Golf program showed up strong with 2 boys teams, 2 individual medalists, and girls team!

Our boys teams competed hard all day, with the Boys A-Team rising to the top as District Champions and advancing to Regionals in Lubbock. Outstanding effort across both teams!

Shoutout to our individual medalists for their strong performances and consistency under pressure, well earned recognition.

Our girls team, made up of an incredible group of seniors, played with heart and determination, finishing their season by giving it everything they had. We’re proud of the way they represented CHS.

What an EVENTFUL 2-4A Varsity Boys and Girls District Preview Golf Tournament! ⛳️🏌️‍♂️🏌️‍♀️

All schools fought the good fight against 30 mph winds and 40 mph gusts! Unfortunately, due to inclement weather, the tourney was cut short to 9 holes.

Clint HS Boys came out on top, and our very own sophomore, Jordan Rivera, finished in first place overall individually!

Keep an eye out on the CHS Boys and Girls District Tournament coming up at the end of the month! 🏌️‍♀️🏌️‍♂️⛳️🦁

The JV Boys wrapped up their season and played 18 holes! Not 9, but 18! They played their hearts out, didn’t quit, and dropped several strokes off from their previous tourney! Well we have a complete Lady Lions Golf Team! Varsity girls golf tournament at Horizon Golf Course on December 9th.

Introducing senior, Kayla Luna who played her first tournament!

Audrey Rodriguez knocked 3️⃣ strokes off her previous score!

Carla Herrera had her BEST round so far with a score of 112!

And last but not least, Itzel Reyes also shot her best round with a score of 110!

Our Varsity Boys knocked em’ good this past tournament hosted by Socorro! We placed 5th out of 16 teams!

Sophomore, Ruben Colorado lead the team with an 87, placing 5th out of 103 golfers!

Senior, Jozef Terrazas, entered as an individual medalist, knocked 9 strokes off from his previous tournament!
