April is Stress Awareness Month, and we have teamed up with The Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Endeavors, El Paso. For the month of April, we will be collecting donations to help Active-Duty Military,Veterans, and their families cope with stress.

When you donate, you'll recieve 10% off any yoga bundle purchase. 100% of your donations will be given to the clinic April 30th.

The feet have an essential part in moving on your mat. Lots of questions come up: which angle to place them, how to bind with them, what part is used to ground and steady the movement, and where do they belong? Even the slightest change in our feet can change the pose and can definitely determine how the pose feels.

If you're just getting started, or would like to know more, I can help answer some questions you may have about our feet during my Yoga 101 class on Thursdays at noon.
