Big momentum these past two weeks since we passed the mezzanine framing inspectionโevery trade has made amazing progress.
๐ฃ๐น๐๐บ๐ฏ๐ถ๐ป๐ด is fully roughed in for the restrooms and the nutrition bar (integrated with the front desk + pro shop). We also ran piping up to the mezzanine for an additional sink to support catered private/corporate events. Inspection was scheduled and passed.
๐๐น๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น has been a marathonโwhat feels like miles of wire to power everything from smart cardio equipment to TVs, speakers, and the golf simulator. Weโre about 75% done with interior wiring and aiming to wrap this week and move into the rough inspection.
๐๐ฉ๐๐ is pushing on two fronts: connecting the outdoor RTU to the indoor duct sox, and installing ductwork for the mezzanine. (Two separate systemsโone for the big open space and one for the smaller mezzanine areas.) Target is to complete mechanical rough this week too.
๐ข๐๐๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ, the site team completed the retention pond, finishing stormwater management on the north side. Water will now flow through the new pond and into a Cultec systemโa big step toward preventing flooding and a win-win for both the club and our neighbors.
And a fun side note: I was asked to send a photo of our custom Open Play benchโฆ and ended up assembling all 28 benches. Bonus: we now have a giant โdeskโ on site for plans and team meetings.
