We received so many comments about yesterday’s post, we thought we’d give you another look at our wonderful Elementary 3s working hard to find oppositional energy as they tendu front.

So much good stuff happening with this group of dancers!

Here’s a clip of our Elementary 3 class practicing a port de bras forward.

After more practice returning through a flat back, these dancers will also learn to lead with their hand as they roll through the spine to return to a standing position.
