Tomorrow Atlas Athletic Clubs own Amber, Cory, and John will compete at Alabama's Strongest! Wish them luck and if you find yourself with nothing to do drop into the live stream! Contest is scheduled to begin at 8:30 am. If you drop in comment on the stream wishing these guys and gal good luck!

There will be no formal Strongman training for the remainder of August. The next three weekends will see our athletes finishing prep and competing in a couple contests. We have three competing in Alabama's Strongest 17 August and the following weekend we have two competing in Nashville in the Music City Classic

No strongman/strongwoman group training this week! However, if you would like to train message Wooboo Park and he will work something out. Have a safe 4th of July!
