Today was check presentation day! Our team was proud to award the proceeds of the 2024 Hoptown Half Marathon & 5K to the Dyslexia Association of the Pennyrile, bringing the total amount donated over the history of this event to $69,000.

The winners of our annual Water Station competition also received their winnings as follows:
Half Marathon Winners:
1st place- -Christian County Jaycees
2nd place- Planters Bank
3rd place- Hopkinsville Rotary Club
5K Winner- Empowered Minds

It's Race Week people! Time to get prepped and ready for your run, jog, or walk this weekend. If you have not received you "Race Week Info" email from us, send us a message and we will make sure you get all the information you need.

Here are a few highlights:
- You will be able to pick up your packets on Friday, October 18, 2024, from 11:00am to 6:00pm at the Thomas Street Recreation Center, located at 2600 Thomas Street, Hopkinsville, KY 42240.

-Don't forget to download the Race Joy app for free before race day! You can invite your family and friends to track your progress along the course, and send cheers throughout the race!

RACE DAY
The starting line is located at 706 S. Main Street, in front of the City of Hopkinsville Municipal Building.

These start times are firm. Please do not show up late to the race. The race will be chip-timed by Bluegrass Timing and results will be uploaded to our website as soon as they are available. You may also view your results through your RaceJoy app, if you input your information before the race start.
