I'm no gardener, but I know that for whatever you plant, you have to water and nurture it.
I understand that if I don't do the necessary things to help my garden, it won't grow.
How can you expect your dreams to come true if you aren't doing your part?
Last night while watching Sweet Magnolia, I was reminded of a famous proverb, “The grass is always green wherever you water it."
As I'm preparing this daily encouragement, I've got to ask myself... am I doing the necessary things to make my dreams come true? Am I watering my grass to make sure it's green, or am I too busy watering someone else's grass?
It's easy to get caught up in the comparison trap, but it's important to remember that everyone's journey is different.
What works for one person might not work for another. So instead of wasting your time and energy comparing yourself to others, focus on making your own life the best that it can be.
Take better care of your garden, and stop picking from your neighbors.
