PSC Blue Springs Resort is a Breathtaking 22 acre spring-fed quarry located in the Western Kentucky, and it’s not a average dive site. Our facility offers divers a wide selection of overnight accommodations, restaurants, and other local area attractions. Our mission is simple, To provide divers with the safest and best regional destination in the area. Safety the primary concern of our staff while divers explore over 40 sunken treasures, and enjoy the clearest waters inland. We also offer a full service dive shop on site with Air & Nitrox fills & rentals, on-site service dept. classes and more.

A LOT of diver education was happening around the park this weekend—and it wasn’t just our students! 🤿🌊

Dive shops from all over packed the park for a weekend filled with great weather, underwater adventure, and plenty of time enjoying what we all love most—SCUBA! 💙

Congratulations to EVERYONE who earned a new certification this weekend! 🎉 There were a bunch of them, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome you to the next level of your diving journey!

There’s nothing quite like being part of a thriving dive community and seeing the love and passion for scuba continue to grow. 🫧

The water is STILL warm, but don’t wait too long—the temperatures will be cooling down before you know it! Get with your local dive shop and get those last-minute classes scheduled before summer slips away.

SUEX has long been recognized and respected throughout the technical diving community for producing high-performance Diver Propulsion Vehicles (DPVs). Now, SUEX is making a strong push into the recreational diving world, giving even more divers the opportunity to experience the freedom, efficiency, and adventure that DPV diving can provide.

Well... that was an interesting way to end a birthday.

First off, thank you to everyone who took the time yesterday to send birthday wishes, texts, calls, and even the occasional "fax" (if those still exist). I truly appreciate all of you.

Then, around 8:00 last night, the Christian County Sheriff's Department attempted a traffic stop that turned into a pursuit... which just happened to end at Pennyroyal Scuba Center.

Apparently someone decided our park looked like a great place to stop. They blasted through our fence and introduced their vehicle to our famous Scuba Only Rock.

I'm happy to report the Scuba Only Rock remains undefeated. 🪨🏆

Final score:
🚔 Sheriff's Department: Successful.
🪨 Scuba Only Rock: 1
🚗 Car: 0
👮 Driver: Off to jail.

The real MVP is that big rock. Had it not been sitting exactly where it was supposed to be, the damage could have been much worse. Instead, we're looking at repairing some fencing and letting the insurance company... oh wait... there wasn't any insurance. Shocking, I know. 🙄

Not exactly how I planned to spend the last few hours of my birthday, making a late-night trip to inspect a crime scene, but all things considered, we'll gladly take a damaged fence over what could have happened.

Moral of the story: The Scuba Only Rock isn't just there for decoration—it takes its job very seriously. Maybe I should put it on the payroll... or at least buy it a steak dinner. 😂

BTW, our security cameras worked well, just sad we didn't have one watching the Rock. We did get to review the chase and heard the crash.
