The single leg RDL isn’t just a ā€œbalance exercise.ā€

It trains the posterior chain the way athletes actually move in sport.
By loading one side at a time, you force the glutes, hamstrings, and trunk to stabilize the pelvis while producing force through the ground.

That means:
• Better hip stability
• Improved force transfer
• Increased hamstring resilience
• Reduced asymmetries between limbs
• More efficient sprinting and change of direction mechanics

Most athletes are strong bilaterally.
