Still looking for ways to help out?! Help by running the concession stand for an evening or 2! Openings for as early as TONIGHT! This is the easiest way for our program to earn money for new equipment for the upcoming seasons.
We had a LOT of people indicate on their registrations that they would be willing to help so hopefully these sign ups are pretty easy to fill up. Please reach out with any questions!

Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up. If players would like to volunteer their time, we just ask a parent is available to assist. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Thank you!

🚨 HYSO NEEDS YOU 🚨

We’re looking for a Concession Stand Coordinator for Summerball—and we can’t run it without someone stepping up.

Good news: we already have plenty of parents willing to volunteer for shifts 🙌
What we need is someone to help organize the schedule and keep the stand stocked with the essentials (candy, snacks, drinks, etc.).

Important: If we don’t have someone in this role by mid next week, we may not be able to open the concession stands at all this season.

This is a HUGE help to our program and a great way to support the kids without a massive time commitment.

Please see the email sent last week for age group specific time slots and equipment players should have with them.

🚨 URGENT: HYSO Summerball Needs Coaches! 🚨

HYSO Summerball is in need of immediate help to keep our season on track.

⚾ 8U Baseball – 2 teams without coaches
⚾ T-Ball – 3 teams without coaches

We cannot assign evaluation slots until these coaching vacancies are filled. And if we’re unable to secure coaches, we will be forced to reduce roster sizes — which means some kids will lose the opportunity to play, learn, and be part of Summerball.

That’s the last thing we want.

You don’t need to be a baseball expert. You just need to be willing to lead, encourage, and help create a positive experience for these kids. We’ll support you along the way!

If you’ve been on the fence, this is the moment. If you’ve ever thought about helping, we need you now.
