Welcome Coach Wadsworth! We are excited to get to work in this new era of Hauser Boys Basketball!!
Hauser High School is excited to announce the hiring of Matt Wadsworth as the next head coach of the Jets boys’ basketball program. Wadsworth brings nearly two decades of head coaching experience to Hauser, compiling 229 career victories during stops at Riverton Parke High School, North Posey High School, Whiteland Community High School, and Edgewood High School. During his coaching career, he was selected as the Indiana Basketball Coaches Association District Coach of the Year and was twice named Hoosier Basketball Coaches Association Coach of the Year. Known for his emphasis on player development and program building, Wadsworth has consistently built competitive, high-character teams while helping student-athletes grow both on and off the court. As an educator and mentor, he brings veteran leadership, energy, and a strong vision for the future of Jets basketball. Wadsworth looks forward to building upon the strong foundation already established at Hauser while continuing to generate excitement around the program. Jet Nation welcomes Coach Wadsworth; his wife, Angela; daughter, Tori; and son, Ty, to Hauser. Angela is employed by Eli Lilly, Tori will attend the University of Indianapolis this fall, and Ty will be a freshman at Hauser this fall, where he looks forward to becoming part of the Jets basketball program. Hauser High School looks forward to the next chapter of Jets basketball under Coach Wadsworth’s leadership!
