The following times are the workout times for the rest of the summer until school starts. Times are changing as football will be the in-season sport and training will begin for football
season. All guidelines issued by the AAA will continue to be followed, in accordance with this we ask that the athletes bring a mask or face covering of some kind, a small drinking cooler/jug
filled with cool water for their own water source during these times. Please make the cooler identifiable with name or some other form of ID on it. The current guidelines we have says
there is to be NO community source or sharing of water or and other hydrating drinks. The size of the container is recommended to be 2 quarts to a gallon size. Insulated containers preferred
to keep the water cooled as it will help keep them cool and hydrated. The athletes will be asked to carry the jugs with them throughout our workouts. Please make sure during this time
of year we ask that the athletes refrain from carbonated drinks and drink more water or any electrolyte replenishing drinks such as Gatorade or such.
Football will officially start Monday August 3rd with pre-season practice.
Sr. High times are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00-10:00. All Sr. High football players are asked to arrive at 7:45 and enter the field house through the front
door on the right for check in procedures.
Jr. High times are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:00-12:00. All Jr. High football players are asked to arrive at 9:45 and enter the field house through the back door on the left for check in procedures.
Girls basketball- 9-12th grade will report at 6:45-8:30 Monday-Thursday.
Boys basketball will be Monday and Wednesday SR Boys at 3:00-5:00. Jr Boys will practice Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00-5:00.
