Ehh..... today wasn’t good by any means. But we are working in the right direction. Hip flexer was more of an issue today then expected. Had to cut some things short. Bright side hitting 15lb less than my last meet’s opener while injured, I’ll take that as a win! I have to keep reminding myself that not every prep will go perfect and injures come and go. Keeping my focus on the goals at hand, and keeping my head up.
