Powers Fitness Center is For Sale – $150,000

After a lot of back and forth, I’ve decided to offer Powers Fitness Center for sale.

The asking price of $150,000 includes the business, building, and approximately $50,000 worth of fitness equipment, making this an opportunity for someone to step into an established gym with the equipment and facility already in place.

I’m also open to selling the fitness center and equipment separately from the real estate for someone who may be interested in only one part of the opportunity.

There is plenty of room for someone with the time and energy to continue growing the business and take it to the next level. I had made several upgrades since purchasing it, although there are still improvements that could be made.

I’m happy to provide additional information about the business, property, equipment, and financials to serious buyers.

Sorry for the late notice, and we apologize for the inconvenience, but we will need to be closed one more day (Tuesday, October 3rd) to wrap up with the improvements that we are excited to share with everyone! We understand any frustrations, but we are striving to provide the best gym possible for our members. Feel free to come and take a sneak peek at the progress! We plan to return to normal operating hours on Wednesday, October 4th at 5:00am.

Hello everyone! It's time! After a while of planning, and gathering all of the materials, we're ready to install the new floors. We're excited to finally have this place looking better! However, it will be impossible to work around everyone since all of the machines and equipment will have to be temporarily moved for the install.

Sadly, to get this done, we'll have to close the gym for a few days. WE WILL BE CLOSED 9/29 -
