OTM Fitness is a core strength and conditioning program designed to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. Our clients are coached to perform multiple, diverse and randomized physical challenges under intense conditions. Our
program is unique in that it specializes in nothing, but rather seeks to develop a level of competency in all aspects of fitness. We coach our clients in gymnastics for the purpose of controlling the body both dynamically and statically while maximizing strength to weight ratio and flexibility. BELONG
The OTM Fitness program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of your level of experience. We use the same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease as we do with professional athletes. We focus on performing whole-body exercises in a competitive and supportive environment. We love kettlebells and pull-up bars, jump ropes, barbells, rowing, sprinting and squatting. We race the clock or one another. Competition brings out the best in us.
