If you’re ready to improve hip, spine, and shoulder mobility, build strength at your joints’ full range of motion, and develop better balance and core stability — this class is for you.
We’ll use focused mobility work, BOSU stability training, and weighted deep core exercises to help you move better in the gym and in daily life.
