When something hurts, most people do one of two things:

They ignore it.

Or they stop moving completely.

Neither is usually the answer.

The adults who make the most progress are the ones who get curious.

What movements feel good?
What makes it worse?
What can I still do?

Pain is information, not always a life sentence.

The goal isn't to avoid movement forever.

The goal is to learn how to move well enough that life starts opening back up again.

That's where good coaching can make all the difference.

Pre-cut vegetables. Pre-washed lettuce. Rotisserie chicken. Frozen produce.

You do not need to do everything from scratch for it to “count.”
