Today we opened registration for the 2024 Beast of Big Creek Skyrace.

It’s the 15th anniversary of this incredible event in Hoodsport, Washington and I’m grateful to the original founder and race director John Johnson for his vision and leadership for the first few years and his passing of the baton to Rock Candy Running.

We’re planning some incredible stuff for our anniversary party and promise the mountain will be there, challenging you every step of the way.

Super, mega, over-the-top excited to announce that our lil summit race is now an official Skyrace. With 5,200ft of vert in 14miles to the summit of Mt. Elinor and back down we feel this race has earned this official 'certified course' designation from the . Let's go!

PS: First* and 'currently only official' Skyrace in the United States.

PPS: Still a few spots left, come out and race with us!
