Bring your vise and materials and tie up some of your favorite patterns, try something new, or just come hang out and talk fishing. There will be a vise and some materials available, but bringing your own setup is encouraged.

Every once in a while, we stumble into one of those magical days of fishing. The kind of day we remember and talk about for years.

We're in the dog days of summer, but we're at that point in August when we can see what's coming...

The days are getting shorter. Cool mornings are not out of the question. Soon we'll be talking about fall hatches, streamer fishing, steelhead, and some of the best trout fishing of the year.

There's still plenty of summer left to fish, but we're already looking forward to what's next.

The hopper bite doesn't last all day.

Some days trout crush hoppers from morning until evening. Other days, the action slows after a few fish. That's when it's nice to have a box full of beadhead nymphs to drop underneath.
