Throwdown with your BFF, Bestie, Pal, Chum, Buddy, Braddah, Sista, Amigo, Chica, or just that one guy/gal in thegym that you think would make a cool partner. Who's the Boss partner competition will test M/M and F/F athletes in three divisions for a day of Fun, Fitness, and Friendship.

👉🏼Tonight Early Check-In 6:00pm - 6:30pm

👉🏼Saturday Athlete Check-in 7:15am - 7:45am

*If you choose to do early check-in, only ONE partner needs to stop by to collect your team’s t-shirts and bags.  You will still need to swing by the registration booth early Saturday morning to just let us know that you have arrived on-site for the competition

WOD 1 - “ALL OUT”
6 Minute Max Calorie Row
Partner 1 - First on rower
Partner 2 - Second on rower

Rules:
• 6 minutes to have both athletes finish the workout

• Switch at any time after 2 Minute minimum work requirement for each athlete

• Must be active rowing. Time partners take to switch will not count as active rowing

Movement Standards:
• Athletes must start their own rower and ensure calories are displayed as the unit of measure. It is the responsibility of the athlete to ensure the rower is set to the desired damper setting. Judge is not responsible for turning the rower on. Any issue with unit display or damper setting will need to be resolved by the athlete.

• Both Athletes have a minimum work requirement of 2 minutes before switching, please consider switching athletes with sufficient time during transition to enable the minimum of 2 active rowing minutes. Should a judge identify a missed minimum work requirement there will be a significant 30 Calorie penalty assessed to the score.

8:30AM First Heat Begins
