Cascade Lacrosse Club was founded as a way to economically help grow the game of lacrosse while providing both time tested athletic principles as well as cutting edge training techniques. We are passionate about playing and coaching Lacrosse and feel that the current select team programs are entirely too expensive for most families. Even families that can afford to spend the money should really th

ink about their return on investment. Cascade Lacrosse Club is dedicated to improving access to lacrosse while also providing top coaching and training to their club members.

Our coaches still play post-collegiate lacrosse so we are applying all of the principles that we are coaching and teaching our players in our own games.

Well...It's never too late to learn how to play!

This program is for adult men's players with LITTLE or NO experience. The game will be taught from scratch through a series of drills and scrimmages. The goal is to have each player ready to play in real games armed with all the basic skills and concepts! Our focus is to get you to a level where you can play in lacrosse leagues at the Intermediate or Masters level. Please go to Lax-Club.com for more information!
