For 15 years, Nani’s younger brother battled mental illness and was never able to work. Nani recalled the hurtful words of others who dismissed him as a “useless burden,” causing deep, long-standing grief for the family. But my wife sees it differently: on the day he passed away, he was a beacon of light from God. For years, my wife’s family was the only Christian household in their entire village. At her brother’s funeral, they used the opportunity to share the Gospel. She holds onto the faith that he is now with God, no longer enduring any pain. The journey of faith is incredibly difficult when you grow up in a community bound by traditional beliefs. Despite being accused by some relatives of abandoning their ancestral customs, my wife stood firm. She chose this because she knows in her heart that Jesus is her Lord, the one and only God.

Work from Monday to Saturday, and spend Sunday in the house of God. My wife always says God’s daily grace is worth more than any wealth we can make. Since God is the foundation of our surf business, we work for Him by loving our customers and team like family.She constantly reminds me: you can’t please everyone. Let go of yesterday, enjoy today’s life, eat well, sleep well, and travel into tomorrow. God will provide for our future, money, and success. Just stay healthy, love your work, and be grateful for reaching this anniversary. Thank you, God.”
