E Komo Mai to Oahu Flow! Oahu Flow is an outdoor yoga subscription that brings the studio to you, so you can stay outside.

Each class offers a mini retreat in your day for you to unplug, breathe in open air and move your body. Oahu Flow is more than a fitness class, it is an experience. Each class weaves together movement, meditation, and evidence based practices to improve your overall well being. Our goal is for you to leave class feeling lighter, more present, and ready to receive the beautiful things your life has to offer.

We offer a variety of class types, and there is one for every experience level. Our teaching style weaves together creative transition, anatomical intelligence, and playful movement to soften your rigidity and move towards flow.

We practice during sunset so as your body moves, you can watch the colors of the sun dance too. We offer Kama'aina discounts, and always gaurantee free parking.
