STRENGTH: Heavier weights, functional movement patterns, and controlled sequences to level up your strength and conditioning. Weights range from 5 lbs. to 25+ lbs. Open to all fitness levels: progressions are provided to accommodate a variety of levels. Class finishes with a recovery stretch.
