This Tuesday, Dec. 12, join Violetta Beretta at for a fun break from your traditional workout! This Burlesque-inspired floorwork dance class will get your blood moving, your body stretching and your core working.

Start things off with light stretching and conditioning, then move into learning a few basic (and maybe beyond basic) floor moves, and poses before moving on to some sensual floor-based choreography.

Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in and do floor work in! Suggesting: long stretchy pants, a shirt with sleeves, socks or dance shoes you can slide your feet in (or heels if you prefer). **Please bring knee pads if you need the extra padding, the floor is hard.
