Great Article Dr./Coach Michiko!!!! Mahalo to all of our health heroes and first responders too. You folks are the epitome of awesome!

Currently we as a health care community are appropriately focused on preparing for the COVID-19 pandemic. Our emergency room physicians, hospitalists and critical care physicians are heroically caring for these patients in our local hospitals.

It’s a room full of joy plus a lot of tenacity working with these teen athletes everyday at 10:30am. They’re very coachable and teach me a few things too. I love these girls❤️. 🐍 @ CrossFit Hawaii Kai

These girls make any coach proud. Each play various sports and together play Club Volleyball for TeamPiko. On their off days, they train CrossFit. They never complain and they’re always ready to WOD hard. @ CrossFit Hawaii Kai
