Swim Hawaii

Swim Hawaii offers classes for beginners and "Super Swim" for children who can swim a minimum of 15 meters using the Freestyle.

Swim Hawaii created "Super Swim" to take swimmers beyond beginning swimming. In Super Swim, we teach all four competitive strokes, emphasizing correct stroke mechanics. In addition to instructional swimming drills, Super Swim also offers a unique adjunct to the class with the "Long Swim." Following the initial 25 minutes of stroke instruction, all swimmers spend the next 10 to 20 minutes working on their swimming endurance under the supervision of staff specifically assigned to this activity.
