参加者は、サーフィン初心者、体験者、大会未経験者であれば誰でも参加可能です！

サーフィンの聖地、人気サーフポイントでもあるワイキキ・ク イーンズは、いつも混雑しているのですが、この日は、参加者に限り貸切😆🙌🏻です！！

It was so sad to inform that we lost a dear friend who was a great shaper and innovator Joe Bauguess who invented the Original Mini-Simmons.
Joe shaped out from chunk of form like a sculpture, exactly his boards is not only surf board, it is a piece of art.
no one can make a board like him.
I can't make joke with him anymore, so sad.
May you Rest In Peace.

とても悲しいお知らせです、私の大切なシェーパーで友人でもあるミニシモンズの生みの親ジョー・ボーゲス氏が他界しました。ジョーはEPSフォームの塊から彫刻の様にボードを削り出す芸術家の様なシェーパーでした。こんな形でボードをシェープ出来るのは他には居ないでしょう。もう冗談を言い合うこともできません、とても悲しいです。
彼の作品をご覧になりたい方は是非Surf Garageにお越しください。彼の最後のボードたちが入荷したばかりです。

Happy Aloha Friday!
Sign ups for our team noseriding contest are still open for another week (deadline 6/23). We still have a few team slots left so if you and your friends are looking for a friendly contest to have Queen's to yourselves for a minimum of two 15 minute heats, sign up! Lunch will also be served by as well for contestants.. it's a no brainer!

We also have a TON of great sponsors joining us for this contest and have some amazing prizes including several logs of Surf Garage quality! .. and did we mention this one is single fin only?

This contest is open to ANY skill level because it's all about having fun with us! (there is a pro division for you advanced guys out there as well)

We are excited to announce that Surf Garage will be hosting our own very first longboard classic contest this summer! Our primary objective with this contest was to welcome all skill levels and for everyone to have 𝗙𝗨𝗡; so all (non-Pro) heats will be surfed with just your friends in the lineup at Queen's with the objective of racking up a 𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗠 score. In addition, this contest will be focusing on classic longboards so all boards will have to be between 9'0" - 10'6" & required to be ridden with a 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲-𝗳𝗶𝗻 setup.

SYNOPSIS: This is the wild true story of an American rebel seeking freedom, love, and authenticity in a chaotic world. Bunker Spreckels “ Clark Gable's stepson and heir to a sugar fortune “ became a controversial surf star in the late ˜60s by riding very short boards in Hawaii and on a trip in South Africa. When Bunker mentored skateboard legend Tony Alva and collaborated with film auteur Kenneth Anger, his surreal persona blazed to uncontainable proportions.
