ys and attendants are for the most part experienced waterman, surfers and canoe paddlers trained to serve the beach and pool needs of guests and visitors to Duke Kahanamoku Beach.. Our motto is Safety, Service and Sales. Waikiki Beach Activities is Hilton Hawaiian Village Hotel’s beach service providing beach boys and a complete range of beach rental equipment including large beach umbrellas, chairs, air mats and snorkel sets. WBA can also arrange surfboard rentals, and kayak rentals. WBA is equipped to handle large parties with up to 500+ participants. Surf lessons are provided by WBA, with its surf academy “Hawaii Hot Spots” operated by Errol Kane, a hawaiian who has taught surfing for 20 years. Safety
The Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort relies on our staff of lifeguards and waterman to serve as the villages’ beach boys, pool attendants, snorkel instructors and fun in the sun concierges. WBA places Safety First as its highest priority. WBA has provided Hilton with Lifeguard services for the last 20 years and we have never had a serious injury. WBA offers high quality retail products, rental equipment and beach activities, Some folks have referred to WBA as the Bay Watch of Waikiki. You may have seen our beach stand in one of the many TV series that have been filmed in Hawaii: “Baywatch Hawaii,” “Magnum,” “Pacific Blue’, “Jake and the Fatman” and “Hawaii 5-0″. Located on the beach side of the Hilton Hawaiian Village’s Hau Tree Bar the beach stand is equipped to provide a range of guest services including free guest beach towels. WBA has concession stands offering retail, rentals and services, located beachside of the Hau Tree Bar, the Lagoon stand located lagoon side of the great lawn, Paradise Pool stand located at the lagoon entrance of paradise pools. WBA also operates the “Spirit of Aloha” catamaran, often seen on the tv show “Hawaii 5-0″. Tickets and schedules of cruises are available at the WBA stands and at the PWC stand located beachside of the Tropics Restraunt.
