Over 2500 sqft of training area to include a private posing/ yoga studio. The perfect home to the personal trainer that needs a clean and neat space to train their clients. There are NO MEMBERSHIP FEES!!

Thank you all so much for your support and continued adherence to the changing CDC guidelines. We encourage all of our patrons to continue to maintain proper safety precautions ( hand hygiene, masks if necessary). We will continue to provide a safe and private training environment as we navigate through this next surge. We are all in this together 💪🏾
