Join us as we celebrate Coach Jess and all she has contributed to our CrossFit Honolulu and Hawai'i fitness community before she begins her next adventure on the Big Island!

🏖️ Coach Jess’ Farewell Beach Party

For years, Jess has inspired, encouraged, coached, and supported our members and her clients through countless workouts, mobility sessions, personal victories, and challenges. Her passion and dedication for helping others has left a lasting impact on so many of us.

🎉 Let’s come together to thank Coach Jess for her service, friendship, and commitment to CrossFit Honolulu. Bring your beach gear, your aloha spirit, and help us give her the sendoff she deserves!

🏋🏽‍♀️ If you can’t make the beach party, Coach Jess’ final day at CrossFit Honolulu will be Friday, July 3rd at the 7:30 AM class.

Mahalo, Jess, for everything you’ve given to our community. We wish you happiness, success, and endless adventures on the Big Island. ❤️

Whether you’re feeling tight from training, paddling, sitting too much, or just want to move and recover better, this clinic is for you!

Coach Jess will help you improve mobility,
flexibility, recovery, and body awareness so you can feel and perform your best inside and outside the gym.

The Bar Muscle-Up isn’t just a flashy skill — it’s a full-body expression of strength, coordination, and control.

💪 Muscles at work:

* Lats & Upper Back – driving the pull and creating powerful elevation
* Shoulders (delts & rotator cuff) – stabilizing and transitioning over the bar
