Lately i’ve been having fun with my 30 minutes a day (minimum) exercise goal! Some days I’ve been going to the gym, some days I’ve been playing a sport, or doing a home workout, or going on a walk for the sunset. 🌅 Our bodies love movement and we love variability! Spice up your workouts by trying something new or different from your norm.
