Osu! We had to canceled last couple trainings since I got Covid and the weather was not great.
I know a lot of people are on holidays now too, but hopefully we get to train again this week and see everyone there!!

ここ数週間、私の体調不良や雨の影響でなかなか思うようにクラスを行うことが出来ておりませんでした。ハワイでは夏休みということもあり皆さんお忙しいと思いますが、またみんなでトレーニングできるのを楽しみにしております！

These are from last week!
We had adults focused on kata from Taikuoku 1 to Pinyan 1 led by Ryan.
Kids focused on some basics and physical activities.
We also had everyone worked mitts to get some sweat too!

This week, we had to unfortunately cancel the class but hoping to see you all again in the next session!

先週のアップデートです！
沢山方が参加されました！

この日は大人組は型の稽古(太極1〜平安1)をライアンさんに指導していただき、その間にキッズ達は基本稽古とアニマルムーブをやっていきました！

その後はミット打ちなどで汗を流し、締めで、終了。

今週は悪天候の為、キャンセルとなってしまいました。。

来週こそは、みんなに会えるのを楽しみにしています😁
