Nothing feels better than seeing all the hard work pay off and hitting a PR. Multiple PRs at 300, 305 and 310 with a super close miss at 315 πŸ˜„.

Previous best was 285 so a significant increase! And he’s the highest cleaner in the Kratos sports program. Great achievement πŸ†

Told him his goal for the summer was to clean 225 but he ended up hitting a few days ago. Guess he needs a bigger goal πŸ†

Weight on the bar is 225lbs. And…he’s just a freshman in high school
