I sat down with an $100 million dollar friend in an Island🍹

And Here are the 3 lessons I learned:

1. You don’t need to always get new friends. Remember the friends who were there for you since the start & keep them around. Help them, inspire them, & keep them around as good company

2. You must empower your team to become leaders & not just employees 💯 (a bunch more in depth tactics on how to scale as well)

3. What’s the point in life if you make money & keep it for a rainy day. Life is short, invest into assets once you have cash flow, and be a risk taker

When s**t gets hard, that’s where character is built, and that’s where you learn what to do and what not to do
⠀
Once you have a system running & a you build a team filled with leaders you can have a solid business running without you 🏃‍♂️

My biggest takeaway is that it’s “possible”
⠀
Doesn’t matter what color or what race you’re. Anybody with a strong will to succeed & learn can build a massive company 💯

And today I wanted to pass these 3 lessons to you…

So I recently discovered something very unusual (something that I was unconsciously doing everyday)...

This little mistake was costing me headspace ( unknowingly)
⠀
I figured it out when reading a booked called, “ The Motivation Manifesto” by Brendon Burchard…
⠀
As a genuine person I was allowing my outside energy (aka people affect my energy and state)
⠀
Or In my case: I was allowing negative s**t affect my energy and my business..
⠀
I was unknowingly attaching a picture of who I used to be but..
⠀
That’s a big No, No!
⠀
Why does this matter?
⠀
Because instead of living life based on past traumas or experiences you should focus on the present now..
⠀
You see, the smallest things like listening to music that does not benefit you, watching the news, or listening to the wrong friends is like washing your dreams down the toilet 🚽

Because your mind is the most powerful force.. if you feed it s**tty thoughts, then you will have a s**tty mindset 💩

Most Importantly, you will be trapped in a desperate mindset and you will miss the ‘ cues’ that the universe throws at you..
