Today is of having 9holes in my left leg from my knee op...
Not gonna lie, man's was down n out for a hot minute but Glory to God... He resurrected me from the worst physical pain Ive ever felt and I'm so grateful to be able to walk again with metal inside my knee.
From now on I must be patient and work hard because next big milestone is being able to run again. FEBRUARY 2023 SOON COME ❤️

The ultimate glow up is in progress 💜

For now, I'm back on the gram ready to pollute your feeds 😈😇

When a mind is scattered your attention is split constantly between other places. This energy can be super disorientating.

Honouring ourselves means allowing ourselves to change direction.
The mind works in cycles and so does the body.
Our minds can focus for a max of 90mins before we need a break and thats on the smaller stuff let alone our bigger goals.

Lets give ourselves permission to take stock and get ourselves into alignment.
