Camp is almost here. Make sure to pack your clubs!

Looking forward to seeing everyone at the Spring Camp in Blackfoot! My Fall seminar was a lot of fun and it's time for part 2. I'm planning on recovering phases 1 and 2 as a quick warm up on club set. And then get ready to get all of phase 3. This is a lot of information to take in so be ready to take some good notes. There are a lot of great motions in this final phase that will help give you some ideas on how to make your empty hands more explosive in your techniques.

Blackfoot camp is almost here! Time to dust of those clubs and be ready to learn the rest of club set. Last camp I covered phases 1 & 2. I also covered over six count and how to use what the clubs teach to improve the power of your empty hands. The turn out at these camps have been Amazing! The instructors have been teaching great seminars that really keep our family group striving to have a deep understanding of the art. Which is why I believe it continues to get bigger every year. I want to thank everyone one that help support it!

Another great turnout! Thank you to all that helped put this camp together and to everyone that came to support it! It's amazing to see how much better everyone is moving. We have some great instructors in our family group, and it shows. We also have some of the best students out there. Everyone has nothing but determination and focus that is going to take all of you very far in Kenpo and in life.

TESTING TONIGHT! Standing room only left but come and help us create a great testing board or come practice test at no cost or come and support your classmates! We have some beginners, some going dark side to earn their black GI and even some going BLACK! Remember to be respectful to older visitors and sit on the mat if you can. Turn off your phone ringers. If you have to talk please whisper. If your testing wear your full GI or club shirt. Message us if you need one. It will be at least a 2 hr test. It is located at the new studio 75 N Broadway Balckfoot ID. Parking in the front and the back. Refreshments served after.

It's going to be a great time! Make sure to bring you clubs/sticks for my seminar. There is so much knowledge in club set on how to generate power in your techniques.

We have a final countdown and packed full day for Saturday as listed! Testing Friday night the 16th at 6:00

Had a great time at the Camp yesterday! It was awesome to see old friends and make new ones! Thank you to Herb, Christy, Audrey, and Alice for always working so hard putting everything together! And to all the instructors that taught some amazing seminars! Also thank you to everyone that came to support the camp! We had a lot of people that drove very long distances to make it! We couldn't do any of this without you!
