Production update ‼️‼️‼️

First of all I want to personally thank each and everyone of your for supporting our brand and spending your hard earned money to purchase our products, we know there are plenty of bag makers out there that make great bags and you chose us, thank you for that!

Secondly I wanted to give everyone a public update on where we are with our hiring process as well as our upgrades to our shops production equipment.

Before the next bullet point most of you do know this but I feel that not everyone does, our brand has not been around as long as some of the other brands out there, we currently still work out of my basement and opened 3 short months ago. There’s a TON of investment and time that goes into expanding into a full blown shop (which we are currently in the process of) but it takes time to do so, which is where our wait times have been increased. We will be striving to get back to 3-5 business days in a few months!

As stated previously we just hired and trained several new employees who have now all finished training and have been working (more than) full time since! This is great news however has not significantly sped production times up yet because our new automated machines have not arrived. For everyone who’s saying you should have purchased them forever ago you knew with ESPN it was going to take off etc....we purchased them a month and a half ago they’re all custom made machines that take time to build. The machines were set to arrive 3/2 however with Corona virus outbreak Chinese New Year etc certain parts were delayed with customs and are now set to arrive 3/10. At that time our production will increase 350% with our new employees.

Until 3/10 we will be continuously producing bags as fast as we can, we are just limited on how fast we can go without taking shortcuts and sacrificing quality. All of the order updates are being continually posted on the website banner. And we have been trying to be as open as possible with everyone about wait times. (Posted on our site now is 16-32 BUSINESS days)

We have chosen to continue offering bags for sale because you can see what happens when they’re not readily available the secondary market prices go crazy and you have to pay $200-$300 for bags.

So this is where we are folks we are at the mercy of our new equipment arrival but we have hired employees and once the equipment arrives our backlog will be able to be filled within 3 weeks.

Again, thank you guys so much for your cooperation and support we are striving everyday to get better and produce a quality product at the fastest speeds possible.
