The Honesdale Dance Studio is located on Main Street in Honesdale. The studio was founded in 2000 by owner, teacher, and Director Joann Florance. Joann has studied with many elite teachers in New York City such as Phil Black, Frank Hatchet, Sheila Barker, Chio, Kat Wildish, Finis Jhung and many others, and still continues to take classes to stay up-to-date on new techniques and styles. We’re so excited to be back in the studio—and we still have a few spaces available for our youngest dancers to begin their very own dance journey! 💕

Whether you’re part of a longtime Honesdale Dance Studio family or completely new to the world of dance, Creative Movement is the perfect first step for your little dancer.

Through music, movement, imagination, and age-appropriate instruction, our littlest dancers get to learn, explore, build confidence, and experience the joy of dance in a fun and encouraging environment. 🌸
