Let’s have a little real talk about the sticker shock of custom marine upholstery. 🛑

Here is the brutal truth: you aren’t just paying for us to stretch pretty new fabric over a pristine cushion. When you bring us a tired old boat seat, we are usually stepping into a massive, disgusting rehab project.
Our buddy Stan found that out the hard way today. He stopped by thinking a repair would be a quick piece of cake, grabbed some tools to help tear down his own seat alongside Zach, and immediately realized the absolute grind it takes just to pull the rusted staples out!
Most people have no clue what actually goes into a custom build. Before a single fresh stitch is seen, we are dealing with a massive process:

⚠️The Hidden Disasters: Discovering cracked plastic backing and stripping away the last guy’s makeshift duct-tape and ratchet-strap “fixes.”
🛥️The Rebuild: Treating the foam for mold, repairing the structural bases, meticulously custom-patterning every inch, cutting, sewing, and hand-stapling everything back together perfectly.
It is a dirty, time-intensive grind. We put in those hours, deal with the gunk, and hand-deliver the final pieces so your rig looks completely lethal and is built to actually survive the Florida weather. We don’t cut corners, and that’s exactly what you’re paying for. 💯🚤
