Really wish I could start this back up again. Right now I don't have the mone to, but I appreciate everyone that keeps asking and those that keep liking the page. Hopefully one day soon I can get back to this.

OK guys. Don't forget that we are meeting at 6 this week and to make up for last week and to do this weeks class. This week we will be getting into some of the strikes a little bit more as well as looking at vital points of the body. Should be a fun class. Look forward to seeing you there.

First night wasn't bad. On Saturday we will go over footwork and punch blocking a bit more as well as kick blocking. We will work on each for about 20 minutes and then we will get into an introduction to strikes. Hope to see you all back and can't wait for the next class.

First night of the self-defense classes. It will be a very laid back night. We will go over some paperwork that must be signed, touch on the type of clothing to wear, and type of equipment we will be using. I will give a brief demonstration of some of the things we will be doing in the classes in weeks to come as well.

I am now ready for people to start contacting me to sign up for the class. The class will be held on Saturdays from 7pm to 8pm every saturday. Cost for these classes will be $35 a month and I will provide a receipt for payments. Classes will be held at the Hominy Community Center Gym which is located at 6th and Wood here in Hominy. I am really looking forward to seeing everyone and hope for a great turnout. I will attempt to post a schedule for the next class after each Saturday so that you can see what is coming up.
