Instructions: Really simple! Every morning, commit to drinking warm lemon water on an empty stomach. Warm 6-8 oz of water in a coffee mug, cut a wedge of lemon and squeeze into your water. It’s your choice to put the lemon wedge in the warm water or not. Sip and enjoy!
