We’re talking about our Cinco de Mayo Dance Sculpt Community Class at !!!

Join us on Saturday, May 2nd at 1pm to dance outside with your friends and sip on our specialty margarita in the sun! Cleverly named by one of our clients, !

We invite you to join us and we invite you to invite your friends and family to join us on Saturday, 4/11 for a Mommy & Me Mat Pilates class at our Downtown Studio.

You can expect…
🩵 A no equipment needed,
💛 Postpartum friendly class,
💜 Where children of all ages are welcome

These are all themes woven throughout ’s story and we’re so grateful for her willingness to use her story to encourage others.

She found Pilates as a result of an injury she sustained and she is now using that experience to support others not only in her nursing career, but through becoming a Pilates instructor!
