💥💥Women’s Self-Defense 💥💥
‼️New series starts NEXT WEEK — Jan. 28th
(Ages 12+)‼️

Over the past year and a half, I’ve been offering this class, each series lasting for 4 weeks. About 85 women and 30 teenage daughters have completed a series during that time. It has been inspiring to see their progress and boost in confidence as they work on fundemental striking and counter-striking skills!

My goal as an instructor is to meet each student where they are, and work from there. I’m not a drill sergeant. I can be loud and vocal, but there is always an underlying foundation of patience and encouragement.

I think that is what people find empowering — to be given the encouragement and guidance to push past their initial comfort zones and bring forth a stronger version of themselves.

Since November, I’ve been offering this class, each series lasting for 4 weeks. About 50 women and 15 teenage daughters have completed a series over the past 6 months. It has been inspiring to see their progress and boost in confidence as they work on fundemental striking and counter-striking skills!

My goal as an instructor is to meet each student where they are, and work from there. I’m not a drill sergeant. I can be loud and vocal, but there is always an underlying foundation of patience and encouragement.

I think that is what people find empowering — to be given the encouragement and guidance to push past their initial comfort zones and bring forth a stronger version of themselves.
