HF Soccer Club The HF Soccer Club is Chicago's South Suburban premier youth soccer program. The club provides the opportunity for local youth to learn and love soccer.

The Homewood Flossmoor Soccer Club (HFSC) is a private 501(c)(3) nonprofit sports club that serves the Homewood-Flossmoor youth soccer community. The HFSC's mission is to make soccer accessible to all youth regardless of skill level and provide an opportunity for each player to develop to their highest potential in a local, affordable and professionally run program. Since 1974 our program has been

serving players of all levels - from recreational to competitive - in a safe, supportive environment. Integrity, character, respect, sportsmanship, and FUN govern everything we do!

Only a few days remain to register for the HF Soccer Club & Intra FC Summer Cup!

Looking for a way to keep your player active, developing, and having fun this summer? The Summer Cup is the perfect opportunity!

☀️⚽ SUMMER SOCCER SATURDAYS ARE COMING! ⚽☀️

HF Soccer Club is bringing big summer fun for our smallest soccer stars — ages 18 months through U6!

This program is built for FUN, movement, community, and those magical Saturday morning moments where the kids run, laugh, kick, splash, chase bubbles, and sometimes… forget there’s a soccer ball involved. 😂

🚨 LAST DAY TO REGISTER: JUNE 14 🚨

Our Summer Soccer Saturdays include:

👶 U2 Parent + Me Soccer Camp
A fun introduction to soccer for our youngest players and their grown-up teammate! Expect movement games, bubbles, music, themed play, and beginner soccer exploration.

🧭 U4 Soccer Adventure Camp
An imaginative, high-energy soccer experience with obstacle courses, skill stations, mini-games, and small-sided scrimmages for our young adventurers.

⚽ U6 Summer Skills & Scrimmage Camp
A fun summer soccer environment focused on skills, teamwork, games, scrimmages, and exciting weekly themed challenges.

🌟 Program Highlights:
✅ $100 per player
✅ Saturday mornings only
✅ Fun summer camp atmosphere
✅ Great for beginners and returning players
✅ T-shirt included — register by shirt size only
✅ Weekly themes encouraged
✅ Water Day with splash/water activities
✅ Bring A Friend Day for non-registered friends with waiver completion

💧 Parents, please remember:
Bring water each week, dress for activity, athletic shoes or cleats are recommended, shin guards are encouraged for U4/U6, and Water Day means clothes that can get wet!

For U2 players, parents participate right alongside their little soccer star — so yes, grown-ups, you’re part of the team too. 😄

We wrapped up an incredible HF Soccer Spring ‘26 season just yesterday, and somehow the house already feels quieter, the Saturdays feel a little less exciting, and nobody has asked where their shin guards are in at least 12 hours. 🤔😂

HF Soccer Club families, we are excited to share that games are ON for our final Saturday of the HF Soccer Spring ’26 season!

The fields are holding, the repairs are doing their job, and the weather is giving us a little cooperation.

Also… whoever ordered the sun this morning, thank you. Please send us your contact information so we can use you again next season. 😄☀️

⚽🌦️ HF SOCCER FIELD & WEATHER UPDATE — APOLLO PARK 🌦️⚽

HF Soccer Club is currently on scene at Apollo Park monitoring field conditions for our final Saturday of the HF Soccer Spring ’26 season.

Good news so far: the field repairs are working, and we are not seeing puddling at this time.

⚡ The last lightning strike was recorded at 5:42 AM.

As of now, we are still a GO for today.

We will continue monitoring the weather and field conditions closely throughout the morning. Coaches will be advised directly if any schedule changes, delays, or cancellations need to be made.

More updates to come as needed.

Thank you for your patience, support, and flexibility as we work to finish the Spring ’26 season safely and strong.

⚽❤️🖤 ONE MORE SATURDAY, HF SOCCER! 🖤❤️⚽

Tomorrow is the final day of the HF Soccer Club Spring ’26 season, and we are ready to finish strong!

What a season it has been — big goals, first goals, muddy cleats, great saves, sideline cheers, coach huddles, team growth, sportsmanship, and a whole lot of community pride.

To our players: give it your best, have fun, support your teammates, and enjoy every minute. ⚽

To our coaches: thank you for your time, leadership, patience, communication, and commitment to our kids.

To our parents and families: thank you for showing up, cheering loud, getting players where they needed to be, and helping make this season possible.

To our HF Soccer community: this club is special because of all of you. ❤️🖤

🌧️ Weather Reminder

We play in rain, so please come prepared for outdoor soccer conditions. Bring rain gear, dress accordingly, and be ready for the possibility of wet fields.

HF Soccer Club follows these weather safety guidelines:

⚡ Lightning within 10 miles: We begin closely monitoring conditions.

⚡ Lightning within 6 miles: Play stops immediately and fields must be cleared.

⏱️ 30-minute rule: Play may resume only after 30 minutes have passed since the last lightning strike within the unsafe range.

🌧️ Rain alone does not cancel play. Unsafe field conditions, severe weather, lightning, or Park District direction may cause delays or cancellations.

If any updates are needed, we will post on the HF Soccer Club page and communicate with coaches as quickly as possible.

Let’s cheer loud, support every player, thank our coaches, respect our referees, and close out Spring ’26 the right way.

⚽ 🥅 WELCOME TO THE FINAL WEEK OF THE HF SOCCER CLUB SPRING ’26 SEASON! 🥅 ⚽

We are officially entering the final week of our Spring ’26 season, and we want to thank our players, families, coaches, volunteers, and community for helping make this season such a success.

As we close out the season, please remember: we do play in the rain. Soccer is an outdoor sport, and unless conditions become unsafe, games and practices may continue.

A quick field update: the goal mouth trouble areas have been addressed this week to help improve field conditions at Apollo Park, as we head into our final games.

Please come prepared with:
☔ Rain gear (rain jackets can be worn UNDER jerseys during the games)
👟 Proper footwear
🧥 Extra layers or dry clothes
🪑 Towels/chairs as needed
😄 A great attitude — muddy cleats usually mean great memories!

For everyone’s safety, HF Soccer Club follows weather guidelines closely:

As we approach our final soccer Saturday, you’ll notice roped-off areas throughout portions of Apollo Park.

These areas have been designated to help create safe boundaries between activities taking place throughout the park. 🏃‍♂️⚽🥎 Apollo Park is home to multiple sports and community activities, and these boundaries help ensure everyone can enjoy the facilities safely.

We ask all players, coaches, families, and visitors to please respect any roped-off areas and remain outside of them unless otherwise directed. 🚸
